What this engagement is
Smaller teams often lack anyone senior enough to review the changes that matter most. Share the pull request with us, or send a patch, and a senior engineer will review it with the same rigour we apply internally: correctness first, then the edge cases nobody considered, then structure, then the finer details. Comments are left on the diff itself where they can be acted on, alongside a brief verdict on whether we would merge. It is a review rather than a rewrite, and we make clear which comments are blocking and which are simply preference.
