An hour is ample for a real architecture problem when the groundwork is done beforehand. You share diagrams, repository access or a written account of the situation, and we study it before the call rather than reacting on the spot. The hour itself is spent on the decision in front of you, whether that is breaking up a monolith, getting ahead of a scaling limit you can already see, or judging if the platform you are evaluating is the right fit. Afterwards you receive the recording and written notes with a recommendation you can act on.
